If you wish to cancel your booking, please enter the Booking Reference Number and your last name.

Please assign your guests to their rooms. Nominate their names to each rooms.

AMBLIN HOLIDAY PARK PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT POLICY

Peak season (Christmas & January)
A $250 non refundable deposit for sites and $350 non refundable deposit for accommodation is required upon booking.
50% of the balance is to be paid by 01st August.
Remaining balance to be paid by 31st October.

Peak season (March long weekend & Easter long weekend)
A $100 non refundable deposit for sites and a $250 non refundable deposit for accommodation is required upon booking .
Remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.

A 1 night deposit is required to confirm all bookings outside of periods listed above of two nights or more.
Balances are due 14 days prior to arrival.
One night stays require payment in full upon booking.
Non refundable bookings require payment in full upon booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

Peak season (Christmas & January)
Cancellations or changes for stays during peak season must be made more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeit of the non refundablen deposit paid.
f the cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival, tariff paid will be forfeited (however if your accommodation/site is able to be re-booked the portion re-booked will be refunded, less the non refundable deposit).

Peak season (March long weekend & Easter long weekend)
Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival and will result in the forfeit of the non refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in tariff paid being forfeited (however if your accommodation/site is able to be re-booked the portion re-booked will be refunded, less the non refundable deposit).

Cancellations outside of peak periods
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a $60 administration fee.
The remaining balance can be refunded or transferred to your guest account to be used at another time.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival recieves no refund.

Non refundable bookings
No refunds under any circumstances.

GROUP BOOKING PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
Group bookings of 5 or more accommodations/sites may have a different set of payment and cancellation conditions.
Please refer to your booking information for details.

DEFENCE DISCOUNTS
 
The above policies apply to all defence bookings.
Standard rates will apply to your stay if you fail to produce your Service ID card or Entitlement Card on or prior to. arrival.
Defence discounts cannot be applied after your arrival. 

Your booking is for a set time and, once confirmed, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. Cancellations must be made in writing.
For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you consider taking out domestic travel insurance.
