Please assign your guests to their rooms. Nominate their names to each room.
You have nominated multiple rooms; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all rooms. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.


Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

The safety and security of our guests and team members remain our highest priority.
In response to COVID-19, in addition to our usual stringent standards of hygiene and cleaning, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and hygiene processes.

We are actively monitoring Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the Australian Government Department of Health and will respond based on advice provided.

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have the following set of guidelines in regards to cancellation/booking changes:

- For existing bookings from 18 March 2020 to 30 May 2020; guests can receive a credit to their guest account and cancellation fees waived (no cash refunds are available).

48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for the timeframe listed above, excluding EASTER LONG WEEKEND (09th-13th April inclusive) where 72 hours’ notice is required.

- If your booking does not entitle you to a refund (i.e. you have booked a non-refundable rate), you are eligible for a credit of monies to your guest account to be used within 12 months.

- If you have booked through a third party website, you will be required to cancel in line with the policy listed on the third party website.

- If the government and health authorities advise of travel restrictions to the area, a full refund will be provided or guests are welcome to receive a credit to their guest account.

Currently, the risk of hotel patrons who may be infected staying in hotel settings is extremely low. 

We ask all guests to take a common sense approach with their own hygiene, regularly washing hands and practising social distancing. 

The advice noted above will be monitored and amended as required in line with recommendations from health authorities.

We wish to reiterate that all travellers should remain alert, but please do not panic.
